A place to return to yourself.

Psychology and psychotherapy in Bloomsbury, London. Depth-oriented therapy, assessment, and somatic work for adults and couples.

Unhurried, rigorous, relational.

We resist the impulse to move quickly. Meaningful change requires space — for reflection, for the unexpected, for what has not yet found words.

The therapeutic relationship is not a container for technique. It is the primary instrument of change, and we take that seriously in how we train, how we supervise, and how we sit with you.

We draw on evidence-based approaches not as scripts but as maps. The territory — your particular life — always takes precedence.

What we offer

Services

Four ways of working, each held to the same standard of care. Every enquiry begins with a free twenty-minute call so we can find the right fit together.

Individual Therapy

One-to-one sessions tailored to your history, patterns, and goals. We work from a relational, depth-informed perspective that honours the whole person. Fifty-minute sessions, usually weekly.

Couples Counselling

A carefully held space for two people to move through conflict, disconnection, or transition toward a more conscious and nourishing partnership. Eighty-minute sessions.

Somatic Work

Body-centred approaches that attend to how experience is held in the nervous system — integrating sensation, movement, and meaning-making. Sixty-minute sessions.

Psychological Assessment

Comprehensive evaluations for adults and adolescents, covering ADHD, mood, anxiety, and personality, with a thorough written report. Delivered across several sessions.

The cave you fear to enter holds the treasure you seek.
