Individual Therapy
One-to-one sessions tailored to your history, patterns, and goals. We work from a relational, depth-informed perspective that honours the whole person. Fifty-minute sessions, usually weekly.
Psychology and psychotherapy in Bloomsbury, London. Depth-oriented therapy, assessment, and somatic work for adults and couples.
We resist the impulse to move quickly. Meaningful change requires space — for reflection, for the unexpected, for what has not yet found words.
The therapeutic relationship is not a container for technique. It is the primary instrument of change, and we take that seriously in how we train, how we supervise, and how we sit with you.
We draw on evidence-based approaches not as scripts but as maps. The territory — your particular life — always takes precedence.
What we offer
Four ways of working, each held to the same standard of care. Every enquiry begins with a free twenty-minute call so we can find the right fit together.

Each practitioner is fully qualified, in ongoing supervision, and selected for clinical depth as much as human warmth.

Every enquiry begins with a free twenty-minute telephone consultation, so you can ask questions and gauge whether we are the right fit — before committing to anything.
