What we offer.

Four ways of working. Which one fits is usually clearer after a conversation than after a website — so start with the call, and we will work it out together.

The work

How we work together.

Every path begins the same way — a free twenty-minute call, then a first session with the practitioner best suited to what you bring.

Individual Therapy

Weekly one-to-one sessions of fifty minutes. Open-ended by default: we work for as long as the work is useful, and review together every few months.

Couples Counselling

Eighty-minute sessions for two people, held fortnightly or weekly. Suited to conflict, rupture, life transitions, and the slow drift of long partnership.

Somatic Work

Sixty-minute sessions attending to what the body holds — breath, posture, sensation, and the nervous system patterns talking alone rarely reaches.

Psychological Assessment

Structured evaluation across two to four appointments, followed by a written report suitable for employers, universities, and medical referrals.

Practical questions.

The things worth knowing before you get in touch. Anything else, ask us on the introductory call.

What are your fees?
Individual sessions are £120, couples sessions £180, and somatic sessions £130. Assessments are quoted individually depending on scope. A small number of reduced-fee places are held for clients on lower incomes — ask when you enquire.
Can I claim through insurance or an employer scheme?
Our clinical psychologists are registered with the major UK insurers and most employer assistance programmes. Let us know your provider when you enquire and we will confirm cover before your first session.
What happens in the first session?
The first session is an unhurried conversation about what brings you here and what you hope for. There is no obligation to continue afterwards, and we would rather refer you elsewhere than take on work we are not the right people for.
What is your cancellation policy?
Sessions cancelled with more than 48 hours’ notice are not charged. Inside 48 hours the full fee applies, since the hour is held for you and cannot usually be reallocated.
Do you offer online sessions?
Yes. Most of our practitioners work both in person in Bloomsbury and remotely by video, and many clients move between the two as their circumstances change.
Is what I say confidential?
Almost always. The limits are narrow and we will explain them clearly in the first session: a serious risk to your life or someone else’s, a child at risk, or a court order. Nothing else leaves the room.

Between deciding and beginning, there is only a phone call.
